The perfect breakfast
This have become one of my all time favourite breakfast since I started on LCHF. If I am not having,scramble eggs with cheese,tomatoes,hard boiled eggs, or coffee, then I am having this. I have a busy schudule, so this is the best breakfast for me (when I am in hurry).
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of cottage cheese
- toppings: cinnmon or fat cree cacao (20cl per two tablespoons)

I will be posting new recipes of my dinners every monday from now on; By the way I am on a LCHF diet (which I have been on for nearly eight days now)-and I will stay on this diet for the rest of my life.* I don’t feel comfortable calling it a ”diet”, I would rather call it for ”a life style change”. The best thing about LCHF is that you can eat as much as you want. In another word; eat until you are satisfied. Since I started on this diet, my energy level has increased dramatically and I am never hungry. I eat around 2500cl per day. 95% of my food consist of fat, protein and fresh vegetable (google it if you want to know more about LCHF). Anyways I made this delicious soup for dinner today, after school.
- mozzarella (cheese)
- Cream cheese
- full fat milk (3.9%)
- red pepperbell
- boil the chicken in plain water with a little salt
- pour 2 cups of whole milk in another saucepan
- Let the milk cook in 1 min, using low heat*
- Add mozzarella and cream cheese into the hot milk*
- stir in some munutes till the cheeses melts*
- add your favourite spices.keep stirring
- add the onions, red pepperbell and chicken
- let it cook for some minutes
And…Voila, there you go..! enjoy your meal.
week 15-last workout
My plan tomorrow (sunday) is to stay home till 2pm since I will be working from 2pm till 9:15pm. And enjoy a good breakfast which will consists of: Greek yogurt,nuts, cottage cheese and Cinnamon- and ofcourse with a huge cup of coffee with full milk.

Let’s talk about progress!
Exercises I have done so far this week. I also did some walking and strength exercises.Unfortunately I can’t exercise tomorrow since I have school from 8am to 1pm and work from 2pm till 10pm;=) I will also be working on saturday and Sunday. I will try to squeeze in some time for some exercise. fingers crossed
it’s been a good day;)
Today have been a really good day. My entire school went on hiking/skiing on the mountain, today. Which was really fun. we grilled and had many diffrent types of activities. We were there for about 5 hours, before returning back. After the hiking I decided to go to the gym, since I have been sick for awhile now, and haven’t had a proper workout since last week sunday. I soon discovered that I had tons of energy remaining. The end result at the gym became 10KM run on the treadmill, followed with some short Strength exercises.
